3 workers struck on I-70 on ohio.

well here comes the crackdown in Ohio because of some careless individuals

 

I travel that road at least three times a week. It's a very congested area during rush hours. People just don't pay attention. Hope the worker recovers quickly.

 

10:00 AM? Why do they repair potholes in the middle of the day? You wouldn't catch me on a freeway with traffic whizzing by at 45 MPH just 3 feet from me. Wanna know why Cal-Trans doesn't have these issues? Its because they slow traffic to 10MPH with cops sitting there, then they shine big bright lights all over the place. Cant do that at 10:00 AM.

 

That's a hefty fine if you hit a construction worker.Wonder if they had any warning signs up.

 

Do ya need a warning sign NOT to hit anyone?? lol

 

i have had them walk in front of my truck (and i am doing 40mph)

i have had them hang their heads beyond the cones

i had their trucks almost back into me while i was passing by

we dont know the details, speed may not have been the cause

CALTRANS does most of their crap during the day.

 

Of course this was a PICKUP truck not a big truck. Seems they always forget to leave that part out to get bigger headlines. He rammed the rear of the work truck so he obviously wasn't paying attention to his/her driving.
You just can't fix STUPID!!!!
