    So the time in 1994 I loaded my grain wagon to the top with BEans you would have stopped me. Lets jut say I grossed out at 130K at the elevator. The poor 73 Transstar was smoking like an SOB and begging for a Bullet by the time I got the sucker there BUT SHE MADE IT. Elevator hated me but my boss was happy. So was I considering I got paid by the Weight I hauled.

    It means that when he was trucking, he did not care about rules or safety.

    The type of person that makes it more important to get them off the road.

    Distance from the Field to the Elevator was 4 Miles Major Storm coming in that would have ruined the crop that was in the Combine. Simple Choice either I hauled it all or the Combines would have been out of service for weeks while they were cleaned out. Not a good thing with 2500 acres of corn coming on.

    It means the truck was overweight and unsafe,.....And he was dumb enough to drive it anyway,..

    These are the type of people that the FMCSA created ruled for,..And the same people that have made the industry miserable for the rest of us,...
