Call a taxi or rent a car, and go find a local person that can give you a DOT physical.
SGTSmokdU Thanks this. -
but DOT does not deal with rationale or logic, they deal with rules and laws and driving with an expired medical card is against the law -

There's no set infraction what I could find. You are disqualified to drive. Most likely you would be placed out of service. Other disqualifications carry serious consequences like a 90 day to 1 year suspension but you don't fall under them offenses.
Why can't you get a medical card where you are at? Find a safe place to drop your trailer and bobtail to the nearest walk in clinic. If you told your company they would shut you down and make you do something similar.
You should of warned your company before hand. You don't have to wait to the expiration date either. -
They write you a ticket,
95% of the time it is NOT an Out Of Service violation.
But again, you ARE in california.
You AND your company receive CSA points, ..... -
Condo u have no idea man theres nothing where im at or near by and if u could pay attention to things when u read them u would of noticed that i said that my truck is broke down and in the shop which makes it kinda hard to bobtail anywhere but thanks for the little bit of info u have given me
