according to oregon last year when i get a new sticker. it was explained 4 colors. 3 months per color.
it was also explained that a full sticker meant the 1st month of the quarter. right corner cut off meant the second month. left corner cut off meant the 3rd month.
being as this is the 3rd month of the quarter. i'm a little curious as to why i got a full fledged greenie.
any ideas?

nevermind,
found the answer. both corners for the first month. right for the second and full for 3rd. opposite of what oregon explained. -
CVSA sticker decoded. The big number in the center indicates the calendar year. There are four colors. Each color indicates a quarter(three months). First quarter green(jan, February, march) second quarter yellow(April, may, June) third quarter orange (july august, September) forth quarter white(October, November, December) The corners indicate what month in the quarter the inspection was done.
Grumppy Thanks this. -
I really don't pay any attention to the CVSA sticker stuff. I haven't had a CVSA sticker on any truck after any inspection in over 3 decades. Doesn't stop anyone from doing whatever they want, and not having one doesn't increase my inspection rate which is around 1 every 2.5 years.
