Banning all old trucks after 2015?

    Please show me where that is in any trade paper because I don't see it happening in Tennessee but maybe Origone.

    He said northeast of Tennessee. Either way, thinking glider kits are legal in Cali is insane. These trucks may be new, but bypass all emissions standards.

    Either way, Tennessee would have to ban trucks in the entire state, not just one area and they can't ban out of state trucks.

    Glider kits are legal in California for one simple reason - it isn't the truck but the engine and you can put a brand new 2010 EPA engine in it to meet CARB requirements just as you can put in a Detroit Diesel 6-71 in one.
