    We don't have the power. Once we could have done something about this but in truth, we are at the mercy of the person who is making the decisions about who is going to haul their stuff.

    I understand your opinion and completely agree, but by excluding the above mentioned you literally tossed away over 50% of potential business. Its very hard to keep a plan together when limiting your options so thinly.
