Completey read 383.51, I beleive that it has to do only with the disqualification portion. I will agree that I could be mistaken but. I like to err on the safe side.

For some reason I can't seem to copy and paste the footnotes only.

Table 2, #7. Read the footnote associated with it.

Read footnote # 2, talks of disqualification.

The court may not be able to pull your license but, may be able to fine you for the original offense.

That has nothing to do with #7. The footnote for #7 is footnote #1.

    Here you go again:
Doesn't get any more clear than that. SHALL BE NOT GUILTY of this offense.

Not calling bullcrap. you have a source for this?
I just think it's funny, When i do have a seal ( which is very very very rare ) they don't even check the numbers. Checking my ID is very laughable.
Heck, I'd like to check some of the questionable receivers ID too :biggrin_2559:

OP: Your home state should have a online form for your lost license, Depends on the state ( mine ) printed out a form took to the DMV ( under $30 ) for a new license on the spot. Not the first time or last time lost my license while on the job.

EDIT TO ADD after reading the rest of the thread. Been inside many places requesting a ID while my ID was in limbo. Fact is, security guards aren't paid enough to give a crap.
