Seeking LH, SH, Flatbed and Intermodal Drivers

Hello everyone! TCSI-Transland is seeking professional drivers for the divisions mentioned in the title; long haul (dry van), short haul (dry van), flatbed and intermodal. Home time is every other weekend for long haul, and every weekend for the other three divisions.

Transland is a family owned company located in Strafford, MO just outside of Springfield. We offer late model, well-maintained equipment including new Kenworth T680's, no touch freight, and no forced dispatch. We take pride in safety and our CSA scores reflect that. I forgot to mention we do offer a $1500 sign on bonus for experience drivers.

 

Short/long haul divisions pull a lot of different types of dry van freight...beverages, dry foods, paint, paper, etc. As for pay, we do weekly direct deposit. Actual CPM depends on experience.

 

Long Haul has a base range of 32-36cpm. When considering accessorial pay, etc. our long haul division ranges from a low of 32 to a high of 61 cpm so far for 2014.

 

I thought I would update this to say we are also seeking to add another fleet manager. M-F 7-5 with rotating weekends.

 

Updating this posting to mention effective Sept. 1st we have increased base pay 3 CPM for all divisions and added another 1 CPM to our performance pay. I don't have enough info since the new pay started but prior to the new pay increase our FB division was averaging 44 CPM, home every week. LH is at 38 CPM, home every 7-10 days, and SH at 36 CPM home every weekend and some days throughout the week. If you are the type that likes to run hard, the mileage is there for those that choose to do so.
