Small company (under 5 trucks) looking for O/O's

We are a small company starting up in the Bowling Green KY area. I like to take good care of our drivers and will always stand behind them no matter what the situation is as I understand it is not easy to be in a truck all week.

I will never force dispatch anyone into a load, I prefer to call you and explain every little detail of the load and offer the price to you and have your approval before booking anything. Don't expect me to offer you only one load, I will continue offering you freight all day if I have to until we find the right one that's good for both me and you - that after all is one of the many advantages working for a small local company.

I can promise that I will only call you with the most profitable loads available on any given day, because the way I see it if you are not making money , I am not making money either. So I will strive and work hard to get the highest most profitable rate I can get on every single load before I even think about offering it to you. No one wants to drive for free and I don't expect you to either.
