Hopefully you quit for good and not just for the test. Just so you know they do random drug test, reasonable suspicion drug test and drug test after towable accidents or injury or fatality. You lose your license for a year, most companies won't hire you for 7 years and a fine up to $2500.
Dinomite Thanks this. -
plus they take ahir from all over your body and leg and arm hair can trap particles for up to a year. i agree with the other posters that dont just quit in the beginning cause it will come back to bite you in the ###

Central definitely does the whiz quiz. Honestly 379, we're all glad you've never done anything the slightest bit socially unacceptable but most people have slipped up once or twice in their life. As long as people have put it behind them there should be no problem with them doing whatever they want.
They do random's though, so you'd better be done for good.oso1813, DeadPhish, jimvrg and 1 other person Thank this. -
yup. if you are clean for good, then more power to ya. its not so much the getting caught but the "influenced" driving that causes you to kill the busload of kids that is the reason for the "less than helpful" responses you'll see. we all share the same roads. ive no problem sharing with someone who has an imperfect past. but id be the first in line to call the cops if i saw an instance of someone dui, whether it was alcohol or drugs. and fyi...condocruiser is correct. ive been randomly drug tested several times throughout my career. not because of any suspicion, just because "my number came up". in each instance, someone called me on the phone and directed me to go immediately to (?) and pee in a cup. if id been a REALLY careful drug user, only using during my time off, never driving under the influence. never putting others at risk...it wouldnt have mattered. i still wouldve lost my job, and been banned fairly permanently from driving a truck. only someone that stays clean all day every day can have a reasonable expectation to have a career as a truck driver.
and my wife the nurse says it depends on hair length and frequency of use how long it will show up on a hair test. a single use from someone with short hair might only be detectable for 30-90 days. a habitual heavy pot user with long hair might be considerably longer. but i have no other evidence of this.oso1813 Thanks this. -
yeah its hard to say with a hair test. obviously i wouldnt take my chances but like everyone says i have no problem with people who have had issues before and done things that they arent proud of. personally i dont know a single person who hasnt partied and smoked a joint or whatever. this is life and things happen.

Didn't know they tested for nicotine.
