Do a quick look through the bad companies section in here. Will tell you all you need to know.

Generally when something sounds too good to be true.........

i had to laugh at the line about their 'industry leading safety program' lol we don't call them the Crash&Roll Stunt Team for no reason.

Run. Fast. Far away. Don't look back. Even swift would be a much better choice.

The recruiter was very quick to get back with me which was a red flag. Also, she said they are team drivers only which lost my interest right there.

Yes it is team. That particular dedicated run is a good gig though.

IN this dedicated run we run you hard, making 6-7k miles a week! You get paid paltry pay but make up for it because we give you lots of miles to run! To sum it up for you fools out there, we make you work A LOT for a little, lots of HOURS, little pay.

Seriously I have no idea what it's about. I dislike team driving, a condo is cramped enough for me. During training it was awful, I don't want to share my bed with another man, or worry about when he is going to lock the brakes up because someone cut us off...*sigh* Team driving, you make around a 1/3rd more from my calculations if you drove solo, it's not worth the head ache.

I remember one driver posted he signed with CRST for an 8 month commitment and a dedicated account. He was hauling flatbed dedicated for Caterpillar or John Deere; don't remember which account and he liked it. Teaming is hard for some, but do what you have to do to get in the game.

I'm neutral on the company because everyones situation is different. Wouldn't work for me because of the teaming.

If it's the one I covered it runs from Peoria to Denver then empty back to Peoria. Then we would take a load down to Miami and grab a backhaul to head back to Peoria, then off to Denver again. Super eaasy. I tried to get on it full time but CRST wouldn't let me switch. That was a Caterpillar account. It paid 39cpm, which is good for CRST.This was a few years ago.

I just don't think I could do team driving, other then the necessary for training.
