Big radiator!!!

and the fan switch

A W900L has a tall radiator in it to start with............this has more cooling capacity than a Pete 379. I've seen modified 550's with stock radiators in W900L run cool. If you are having problems cooling the engine, you have a flow restriction somewhere in the cooling system. The thermostats aren't opening as they should. The water pump isn't pumping the volume of water it's supposed to. The radiator has a build up inside of it and isn't allowing the coolant to flow through it. It's one of these problems.
Cat nip Thanks this. -
how big, first one I tried was 5 row sencond is 6row dimple tube!

You must have something else going on as Mr. Haney said. I am running the stock radiator on mine and only have to keep an eye on temps when over 90 degrees and a LONG pull. I will upgrade the radiator when it is due but you shouldn't be having a real heat issue with a 6 row radiator.

First motor 550 5row ,second C-16 with 6 row, I have to drop gears to keep it at 215 degrees both radiators are new
-
A 5 or 6 row radiato should do the trick so like Mr. Maney said, you've got a restriction somewhere.

what these guys said X2

How many ponies you turning out of that Kitty and what is your Gross weight. For Restrictions start with your Stats and then check your Water pump someplace you have a restriction.
