Those codes only pop up when i put the truuck into diagnostic mode with scan tool hooked up. The fuel injection pressure is only 20 psi sometimes sees 23 psi. the oil pressure is 37 psi on cranking. It is a new ipr valve is there a way to check it at all truck did fire up at one time and run fine with the current ipr. looking into hpop.

Yep, I am leaning towards a hpop too. One thing you can do is watch the icp when cranking and jump 12 volts the ipr if you have a spare connector. CAUTION! the ipr gets a PWM 12 volts. You can give it straight 12 volts but not for more than about 30 seconds or you will burn it out. This will check the wiring to the ipr. Also check the terminals inside the ipr connector, these tend to spread and make a poor connection over time. You can also dead head the pump but you need special fittings and adapters to do so and still be able to measure pressure.

is the oil resivoir on the HPOP filled? If your not sure its the allen screw on top of the HPOP housing. If you need a new HPOP DONT GET ONE FROM FORD OR IH!!!! To expensive and not worth it. PM me if you want to know very good reliable places to get a new one. 5-750 gets you an aftermarket pump that has the little problems that Ford and IH had with them all fixed.
