not meaning to highjack ...but may be helpful....I took a pto driven pump off of a truck I bought.....I have the pto drive.... the driveshaft ...the pump and some pipng...don't know what it is and ID tag is missing....spins free and was being used before I bought truck .....would like to know what it is.... some pipes are 2" others are 3"...Here are some pics

Well for my two cents worth, sand is probably the hardest material to push through a tube. It will not flow evenly, so a person had better have a quality system to start blowing sand.

It is also very abrasive and wears out the tees piping and discharge hoses quickly

sounds about right. Normally 10 grand around here. You need a custom driveshat (unique to your truck), Carrier bearing to link the blower with the PTO. Not to mention all those pipes.
