I would siupply an answer, but I have already been beaten to the correct one. The people for Cummins power are the guys in Pittsburgh. they can do more with a Cummins than anyone I know of.

Those Pittsburg guys can build an old Big Cam 400 to where it will not only run with those "five fifty kitties" but will leave them behind.

They have turned KTA engines into 1200 hp monsters. That's one way to "skin a cat".

Just get a yellow one and call it a day, i have yet to come across a "come-apart" that i havent blown it doors off. Then again my "five fifty kitty" is more of a "not so stock kitty"

Just like Burky and Packrat have mentioned, Diesel Injection of Pgh can build some real monsters.
And 550W9, I'm sure your Kitty ain't stock, but they have built some 700+ hp BCs; one was up around 900 hp (If my memory serves).
