Hi Guys,
I have a 1994 International with a n14 cummins Celect.
my problem with it is, when it starts in the morning it idles on at 700rpm but when it warms up the idles goes to 900rpm
Can anyone say what may be causing this?
Thanks in advance
P.S i have no problem starting, i have no missing with the acceleration. it just idles really high when its warmed up.

when is the last time you changed the air filter, what kind of fuel filter do you have, does your cruise work? have you ever had any rack work?

Sounds like the throttle may not be going to full idle. Make sure there isn't a bunch of mud jammed at the bottom of the pedal. After that you will have to get Insite hooked up to see what the ECM is seeing for throttle % and go from there.

My n14 could be set to idle high by toggling the cruise control, you may have tapped it and set it unaware that you had.

Try wiggling the wiring harness around the ECM and the main harness that goes up and over the engine to the right side of the firewall. May have a short in the throttle pedal wiring.

check fuel rate with Insite software (how many l ore gal per hour)?
If lower 1 l/h - (0.25 gal/h) - injectors are worn, usually worn nozzles.
