I have a 07 Volvo 670 with Cummings ISX engine, was running fine then the stop light came on with oil pressure symbol. Pulled over and the light would go off while idling. This came on every time i would get going, as long as it was idling it was fine. Had this issue before and corrected it with changing oil pressure sensor. Started to the shop and now have a Data linc error and the truck will not accelerate. Starts and idles fine just want accelerate. Been in the shop for 3 weeks and mechanic still hasnt found problem. Any solutions? thanks

For engine control J1939 is used, but to get data from ECMs and for diagnostics J1708 datalink is used.

If J1939 is damaged, any wire is rubbed to ground - no acceleration, becouse gas pedal wires run to VECU and VECU sends data to EECM by J1939 and as spare line J1708 datalink is used too!
