I continue to loose 1 gallon of coolant, every day. There is no leak anywhere, and I tested my oil and it came back as free of contaminants. Where is it going?
Is it the EGR Cooler? Truck is running exactly the same. not overheating or any issues.
Any suggestions are appreciated
Thank You

Need to know year, engine model, make, Etc. for someone who may know to to give a good answer. Maybe check the air dryer exhaust port for awhile. Buy a new radiator cap?

Pull an oil sample that can give you a lot of info.. If its leaking into your oil you need to change it asap it will cause damage.

Did you pressure test? You said no leaks but should pressure test it. Could be your egr? Year miles n model? -
Coolant goes in only a few places, thru a bad head gasket, thru a water cooled turbo (rare) radiator, radiator cap or hose leak or with an EGR cooler thru the exhaust,
You can disconnect the EGR cooler at the rear of the cooler an see if there is any moisture , an other way is to start the truck cold and see if there is any white smoke,,I replaced an EGR cooler on an 07 Cummins at 318,000 miles,, -
If it's going out the exhaust pulling the pipe off back of turbo will show you crystallized antifreeze. My bet is your overfilling it and it pukes out what it doesn't want. Let it run a gallon or so low and see if it continues to disappear or just runs below the cap
