Was pretty easy to do on my W9. Wide open access.
Drain the cooling system.
Remove the bolts for parts that are on both ends of the cooler. There is 1 huge fat o-ring for each, where they attach to the oil cooler.
The cooler its self has 2 bolts on the bottom (Both bolts are facing up. have to feel around to find them.) that attach it to the oil filter base. There are 2 large o-rings there.
The re-man cooler should come with all of the o-rings, and get I'd also replace the rubber coated gaskets. Cheap insurance. Make sure they get you the correct ones. There are a few different ones there could be. Just take the old ones with you and match them up.
Reassembling the pieces that go into each end of the cooler and flushing the cooling system is the biggest PITA. The rest goes pretty easy. Make sure to lube up all of the o-rings to aid assembly, and to prevent tearing an o-ring. -
I take it you know for sure its the oil cooler leaking or you just feel you need to change it?

I have found any oil cooler that has more than 700 000 miles should be changed. It is easier to change before failure due to oi in the coolant can be hard to flush. When the oil cooler gets older the rubber starts to come apart, I have seen three engines last year with siezed pistion pack from a piece of rubber from the oil cooler core plug a cooling jet. I always replaced the cooler during a overhaul to prevent this type of failure.
