Looking for any input on which test equipment you get the most BANG for your buck. Noregon or Nexius Can both be loaded with factory programs also. Easy to use and is troublshooting programs included. Spending the money it is going to take to completly upgrade with out first using or testing what your going to buy is tough. Any help appreciated.
