05 c15 cat bxs, after air pressure build up and the air purge I and feel air coming from where it purges. Is it leaking back from compressor? These things always confused me.

It will purge air for about 20-30 seconds, this is part of the normal purge process. Does it leak continuously though?

Yes, and if it sits over night I lose most of my air pressure, and when I start truck it's ticks and I have to reach under and push the valve up to stop it so it will build pressure. And after a couple cycles it works properly. But when it hit 120 it's purges, and I still feel air coming out as air pressure drops

Is it leaking from a round rubber diaphragm about the size of a quarter?

Yes it's leaking from the round diaphragm. Not purging just can feel air constantly coming from it.

And after sitting over night, when it's below 90lbs, I have to push that round diaphragm up so it stops dropping air and builds up to 120

You do not need to rebuild the Air Dryer, depending on what brand Dryer you have, it has a Turbo Boost Valve or a Purge Valve, some have both. All you need to do is buy the Rebuild Kit for whichever Valve is bad, it's about $45-$50 dollars. All you need a is pair of Snap Ring Pliers and 15 minutes and you can do it yourself. If you look under the Air Dryer you can see the Snap Ring holding the Valve in place. The Instructions come with the Rebuild Kit.
