9400i/ Signal Light on Trailer

Ok, I'm sitting still. Lights off, ignition off, no brake lights on, and the left signal light on the rear and side of trailer are on. They are not blinking, but burning steady. They are not on on the tractor though. When I turn left turn on they blink on tractor but not on trailer; still just a steady burn. Right side works normal. All other lights work as normal on tractor and trailer. (Trailer does not have ABS) When I got loaded yesterday everything was fine. I drove in a very heavy rain storm, and 3 hours later I see this problem. Can someone offer some trouble shooting tips on what to look for and where to begin looking. Thanks in advance.

 

Yep! That's what it was. I had flashers going in the storm. Swap the relay with an extra I had, and all is well. Thanks for the help.
