2004 volvo 670 cummins isx ..changed turbo and black/gray smoke extremely... not getting power on gas and codes on for valve too high mid 128....fuel filter pressure drop electrical fault ...egr is off...what could it be everything started once I changed the turbo whole inside of my truck is black from smoke

Sounds like you have a CAC leak. Check all the clamps & hoses to make sure everything is tight & no leaks.
