I have been using Polaris labs for many years. It always takes just under a week from the time I mail the sample until they begin the testing. Thats being mailed from Nashville to Indy.
One time I mailed it to the lab in Duluth Ga. and it took a couple weeks before they ran the test.

Anyway I bought some prepaid mailing labels from them and they sent me the labels for Duluth Ga. So I mailed an oil sample and a coolant sample to them. It took 15 days before they began testing on the oil sample, its been 23 days and the coolant sample is no where to be found. It's only 265 miles!:biggrin_2552:

I have always been happy with the service out of Indy. But Duluth Ga. not so much.
Any of you other guys have this poor of service out of Duluth.

We use Castrol Labcheck, it's always been a few days to get the results. I sent some out last Wednesday and got the results online Monday.
