    USX is giving OTR solo drivers a new pay increase and getting rid of the sliding pay scale.

    There's also new incentives for solo and team OTR for staying out longer. Solo OTR drivers that stay out 30+ days get a 3cpm bonus and OTR teams who stay out for 45+ days get a 5cpm/split bonus.

    And, as always, this does not apply to Dedicated account solos and teams as their pay increases have already been established or are being renegotiated during contract renewals.
