Like I've written before,Chinese or cheap cXXp works like it too. I'd rather spend $275 for L/H and fog lights "kit" and have it working great, than buy cheap, got a deal, "kit" and then wonder what the wiring harness is for and whould it have done a better job, if it was installed.
Words of advice:
1. Cheap is not always good.
2. Good is not always expensive.
3. Make sure you know what you're doing before you start but then again, some people prefer to make bunch of mistakes and then learn from them.
Where do I get a HID conversion kit for a 2007 Volvo VN780

VW parts come from Germany, car is assembled in Mexico - crap.
Toyota parts come from the japan plus USA , and assembled in USA -crap
I don't care where the parts are from. If they didn't cOme from the same country as the merchandise was assembled, I have few exceptions, then, it's junk. Ex: junk yards and cheap stores are full of the junk from the American automotive groups, Chinese engineering, Mexican stupidity, and Indian as well as Taiwan experiments, which are send and sold in this, what used to be great, country. -

Sure, certain countries have a reputation for producing low quality products. But that is a product of the consumer wanting a cheaper product and based a certain countries ability to provide cheaper labor, materials, etc.
Carhart is made in Mexico and still considered one of the most dependable work cloths brands on the market. This is because Carhart sets material and assembly standards that contractor in Mexico must follow.
But this line of discussion was about not buying China crap and now you are saying everything is crap. -
Follow the post(s) closely. Try to read and comprehend. I believe that reading between the lines, so to speak, sometimes, is required. - case closed.

Agreed. However, I'd take 100% European truck. Scania/volvo etc..., and will be better off than having any other truck that is sold in USA, with their crappy problems. I do agree that certain things in the states are built better than elsewhere. But, the problem that can be caused by the European truck is cheaper and can be corrected fast vs USA problems and their prices. -
10 years ago US truck were much cheapper. now they are of the same price.
