I've got a 2012 ISX15 that is experiencing the same problem. I can't locate a rear fuse box or amp if that option is on this model. The control panel works for everything but the radio. I did notice a "peoplesnet onboard computer" for the e-logs was installed under the bunk beside the heat box. That may be irrelevant to the problem but wanted to add that.

Btt.
I have the same issue with my 2015 670. -
Wonder if maybe the sleeper panel is bad

i have a freind that has a volvo and foind the problem/solution. the deck that is installed may not be the right one for 8 speaker, only set up for 4. there is 2 diff decks available, 4&8. you need the 8 speaker deck for them all to work

I have a 2016 and found out there are no speakers in the sleeper. That's is why there is no sound.

Yes, U can add speakers, but if u have 8 ch radio - it is easy, if 4 ore 6 ch radio - u have to add amplifier

Unless the truck was ordered with all the speakers, it does not have them. Pull the grill off, you will see the plug to connect them, but no speaker. Whoever you got the truck specked from, did not order it with them.

So It's probably a dead thread by now. But I figured out why all of us are having trouble with this. If your truck doesn't have the optional factory subwoofer, then you don't have speakers in the sleeper. Mine is a 2013 VN780. I took some pictures of my sleeper speaker placements. Everything is wired up to connect speakers, but no speakers were installed. See the link for pictures.

Now you can add some really nice aftermarket ones, better than factory....
Same with the sub..
