Replacing transmission

Hello.I need a help with My Volvo autoshift transmission.I need to replace 10 speeds Autoshift Eaton Fuller with Manual 10 speeds transmission but Rockuel model.My eaton transmision model is RTO-16910C-AS2 10 S, rear axle - RT40-145 3.580.The other transmision model -the Manuel Rockuel is MO-16G10C-M16, ZF M, rear axle - RT40-145 3.42.Is there any difference between these two kinds of transmissions and if I do that change what's gonna happen with the software?Could it be difficult to reinstall?Thank u.​

 

Thank u.is it good transmission Rockuel .is it gonna fit with my parameters for mine eaton.it is also 10 speeds.

 

Thank u for u r advice, I have only problem with downshifting from 6th to 5th gear when I stop, pressing the brake pedal in order to stop. Sometimes it is makes a huge sound, like something is going to be brake, but sometimes it doesn't make. Please advice me what could it be?could it be mechanicaln issue?thank u.

I finally found out that the synchronizator needs to be repair.I will that for right now.i am not gonna replace my Autoshift eaton with the manual one, cause it will cost me more money and any way my truck got 1000000 miles. maybe in the future.But thank u so much for y r help.i really appreciate.
