Volvo headlights have a projection tube to its made out of silver plastic, that's were the lightbulb is attached too. It wears out over time. You need some HID's 28,000 candle power

use a h9 bulb instead of the H11. remove the smaller tab in the h9 electrical socket so the plug will work. compare the socket of the h11 and h9 and you'll see the diff. the h9 is rated much more wattage. plus aim you lights higher
