I had the king pin checked today when I had the alignment redone. The ujoints was changed less than a year ago but I will take a look on them. Any other suggestions are welcomed since I'm already tired on spending money and having the same problem.

I don't think is the injector since it idle fine and the shake goes away after 55mph. Is a vibration of the truck. It is between 30 and 55 mph.

If you have allready CK. to be sure all U joints are lined up then,You can use the old fashion way of puting truck on 4 jackstands under axel and watch it to see where it starts vib. from, driver must be ready to push in clutch an hit brake before it comes off jackstands if you cant chain it down to floor.

I never thought about jack stands. Is a good idea. Do I have to use jacks under both rear axels or just the very rear one? I may be wrong, but I think just the last axel spins when is on gear, no?

All The wheels must be off the ground to see witch is starting the vib. Chaining the truck to floor is safe but if test driver is ready to push in clutch an hit brake when shaken gets bad. I have had a inj. do same thing suake till it got up to speed then clear up at speed, it is worth paying to put on the wheel because they can hook up to it while its spining to see if inj. is cutting out, and witch wheel is jumpin 1st.

Did you check the torque bar ? I replaced it twice; snapped and also pulled the bolts out of the frame; but I believe you have the drive line unbalanced, bad leveling valve or bad clutch

Clutch works grate. I will try to have the truck on jackstands as soon is back on the yard and probably I can see if the vibration comes from the drive line. At least I hope I will see it. Thanks for all the help. Any other suggestions are welcome.

In my KW T700, I can actually feel when the trailer has one or more "bad tires" such as old, badly worn/cupped steer tires, or drive tires from out Freightliners that do strange wear patterns to drive tires, and these then get retired to trailer duty. With these, they usually are felt in the tractor at/above 62-64 MPH typically. We do a lot of drop and hook, and I'd say 2 in 10 trailers have tire issues (where tires were replaced or swapped) that can be felt in the tractor at highway speeds, loaded or empty. And we are 100% air ride truck and trailer.

I doubt this is your problem bit I'm just mentioning this as yet another possibility.
