You cage the brakes, drop the axle, hook it up to the wrecker, and roll on. What do you even mean how do you do it?

If you have another tractor you can buy or build a tow bar that hooks to your fifth wheel and drags other truck by front axle. I have built a tow bar that hooks to a pintle hitch and hooks into square receivers in the front bumper of other truck then just run wiring and airlines to brakes (didn't bother with front axle) and towed a truck from Missouri to Oklahoma. Looks like a tow set up on a motorhome. Canada is a long ways to go though.

I'm not sure you've explained yourself, but have you considered what Canada Customs is going to say when you show up at the border crossing towing your truck?? And more importantly how your going to explain it to them?? And because your not driving it, technically transporting it you'll be needing "papers" for sure. So how about a better explanation of what your trying to do?
