2009 Volvo VNL630 with D13 engine loosing coolant

    I hve a 2006 d12 engine volvo, I am losing coolant one day but not the next; not over heating;I have changed the compressor; checked the radiator, egr cooler/valves its all good; have to it to the dealer put the computer on it and nothing is wrong. what could be wrong, ideas?

    I do have to say it does over heat when it starts running out of coolant; there is days I have to put 5 gallons of water/coolant and then the next day none.

    After week in the shop they didn't find where my coolant goes. :( everything looks fine but I have to top off coolant after 1k miles. Does anyone knows what the symptoms of bad injector cups ?
