too low fuel pressure.
Failt code is active if fuel pressure is lower 1 BAR.
I think fuel pump is old and worn. It is not easy to change it yourself, but possible.
Do not reuse gasket. And do not reuse long M8 bolt.
You can purchase genue ore aftermarker pump (chenese ore polish), but aftermarket pumps require better fuel filtering, becouse spindel is not so well secured in gear. I have additional Davco fuel filter-separator, so I use aftermarket pumps.
Some of bolts are difficult to access and u need set of 1/2" and 1/4'' sockets with extentiors.
before u start, place PET film with some sand under pump area to keep pavement tide. -
Where is the fuel pump, that's a brand new motor on that truck, doesn't it come with a new pump,it's a reman motor from Volvo only has 7k miles on it

D12 was introduced in 1992 and discontinued in 2006. The last version was D12F for Renault and Mack trucks, but Volvo changed D12D with D13A in 2005, so I think U have D12D (Euro-3 ore EPA2002).
It cant be new, and I think pump is worn
It is located in front of engine, dr. side.
D13 got pump located in rear end of cyl block, becose it has rear geartraine -
