Volvo D13 Vibrations. Please Help!

Same problem happen to my truck; mine is D13 2013 Volvo with 500,000 on it, it happens two days ago when pull hills and rpm below 1,400 RPM but it'll go away when let go gas pedal and let turbo go back down, after that I can floor it and it's like nothing happen. It has no codes or check engine light.

 

Got my truck in the shop and this is what they found, "FOUND INACTIVE FAULT CODES FOR AFTERTREATMENT SCR OPERATOR INDUCEMENT 1 COUNT, ALSO AFTERTREATMENT 1 HYDROCARBON DOSING MODULE. CHECKED EGR DIFF SENSOR SPECS AND FOUND READING SLIGHTLY HIGH WITH ENGINE OFF KEY ON AT 0.22PSI. NEEDS REPLACED BUT WENT AHEAD AND REMOVED THE EGR DIFF SENSOR AND CHECKED VENTURI PORTS FOR BLOCKAGE BLOWING WITH COMPRESSED AIR TO FIND FREE. RE-INSTALLED SENSOR AND CHECKED BOOST PRESSURE SENSOR FOR SOOT, FOUND SOME SOOT PRESENT WENT AHEAD AND CLEANED SENSOR AND RE-INSTALLED." The dealer will work on EGR Cooler, Pressure Test and Clean and REPLACE EGR DIFF. PRESSURE SENSOR.

When that happened to me, the final fix/try was replacing all the injectors and cups, then problem sloved no more vibrations for over 350k
