at the bottom of my message board I got (ON) that showed up and stays on. What does it mean?

Are you sure its an error message? What happens when you start the truck, does a message appear? The reason I ask is I have never seen this. If there is a message it shows an icon that looks like a little notepad. Have you gone into the menu and selected "Vehicle Messages" ? It should show up there.

I am assuming the display works the same in a 2006 truck as it does in later model years
