WG64T Headlight switch for High/low beams

Hello all,
New to the forum.

I picked up my second truck for hauling grain on farm this last season. It is a 1996 Volvo WG64T day cab. Truck runs great and is perfect for my operation.

Couple of questions.
I 've looked every where for the low / high beam switch. The high beams are on all the time when I turn the lights on. I can't find the switch / button. A little help please.

The speedo quit working as well. Looked at wires / connections and don't see any issues with them. Any helpful hints on where I should be looking?

Didn't see anything on the floor or steering column. I had an old Ford which had the switch on the floor. But not this truck.
