Haven't read through so I hope I'm not being repetitive but u should
Check the tail shaft bearing and the carrier bearing along with ride
Height which is between 41 and 44 inches from ground to top of
Frame at fifth saddle depending on truck haven't watched video or I could
Narrow down more for u hope it helps

It started getting very loud. I found out my yoke bolt was backing off so l replaced it got it tight and it didnt fix the noise. Turns out my turbo to manifold bolts were missing the bottom nuts. Was told l almost lost the turbo. The turbo is from 2013 so that would have been a real letdown. Had turbo droppped and new nuts added noise is gone. Thanks again all for the suggestions.
