I had my interview with the city today, I think it went very well. I'm pretty sure there going to hire me. They have no reason not to. I told them I was willing to do it all. They were very nice and actually we had a pretty good conversation.
Over all I'd learn a lot working at the city, I would be taking a big pay cut, but the jobs that I would do would be nothing like lumping beer. Lumping beer is hard work and the city really sounds like a great long term job that I could actually live with. You know it's one of those "real jobs" you hear people talk about.
