Furniture delivery...how does it work?

    Hello all. I am curious as to how w&s drivers deliver the furniture into the stores. I have to assume you are provided a fork lift or some kind of motorized palet mover. I'd think moving a 400 pound couch would be really difficult just by yourself.

    We just push it ti the tailgate of the trailer. I for one havnt had anything that heavy and usyaly the guys have just jumped up there and grabed the stuff

    I made 3 drops today... One had a dock, one had a forklift, and one was a street drop. Not a big deal, really. Now, getting into and out of some of those spots...

    Lol the hardest thing for me is climbing in and out of the trailer. Short legs and fat ### lol

    Good Greif! I carried 400 lb bull quarters on my shoulder to the dock and hung them on hooks. Toughen up!
