In exchange for his guilty plea, the prosecution has recommended a punishment of 12 months of probation, 6 of which will be spent in home confinement; An additional 24 months after that of supervised release; and a fine of $100.

Not very smart. $1000.00, really?
Andrew H says
He can put that grand in buying small maintenance parts for the trucks like lights and brakes and duct tape…
Dave Keiser says
Sounds like duct tape got him in this mess in the first place lol! When I got audited the woman who did it had a stick so far up her ass, I’m surprised her head wasn’t pointed! I wouldn’t of dreamed of offering her money, especially not a paltry 1000.00. I ended up with a several thousand dollar fine because one of my drivers thought he didn’t have to do the 34 hour restart, I ate the fine, and the clown just didn’t stop, so I let him go, good riddance, hard enough making a living without having to pay for someone else’s mistakes, especially when he was corrected and kept doing the same crap.
