CDL Truck Driver - Dry Van
About us
- We're a small trucking company based in Eagan, MN. We run Kenworth T680 tractors and 53' dry van trailers. All trucks have Cummins X15 engines and we have a mix of automatic and 13 speed manual transmissions. We have customers that are mostly business-to-business so we don't sit and wait at a lot of grocery warehouses.
What we offer

- Our mode of operation is to take a load out, deliver, reload and come home and get your 34hr reset at home.
- Most of the time your load is picked up by a local driver, and quite often your inbound load is also delivered by a local driver.
- We offer health insurance, 401k, Aflac disability, paid vacation after one year of service and we pay by the odometer mile.
- You'll have an assigned tractor.
- We use Samsara ELDs.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- 2 years experience preferred
- Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on OTR routes.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is beneficial.
- Ability to load and unload freight safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Strong understanding of route driving logistics and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to pass all required background checks and drug screenings
