  • Live load/unload per stop: $65
  • Driver load/unload per stop: $45
  • Hazmat per load: $40
  • Refrigerated per load: $40
  • Border crossing per load: $75
  • Crosstown per load: $25
  • Driver assist per load: $25
  • Empty move per load: $25
  • Empty search per hour: $20
  • Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20
  • Rail delay per hour: $20
  • Refused delivery per load: $40
  • Truck order not used: $20
  • Waiting on truck per hour: $20
  • Tractor repositioning per hour: $20
  • Overweight rework per hour: $20
  • Yard checks per hour: $20
