Representatives from the Federal Bureau of Investigation have reached out to TruckersReport, asking for help from our community to identify a man involved in a sexual assault case that has gone cold. Please check out the details of the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) Alert below.
According to information provided by the FBI, the suspect was involved in a violent sexual assault last year at a truck stop in New Mexico on May 1st, 2019.
On that evening, the suspect went up to the victim and her friends at an art exhibit and followed them to multiple other locations throughout the night including bars and restaurants. At the end of the night, the suspect asked the victim for a ride back to a TA truck stop in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he said his rig was parked. Once there, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim in her vehicle.
None of the victim’s friends knew the man, but they picked up a few details throughout the night that could help in identifying him. He told them that he is a trucker who was passing through on his way to California. He also told them that he was based out of Denver, Colorado.
The suspect in a black man between 30 and 45 years of age. He is between 5’ 10” and 6’ 2” tall, weighing between 180 and 210 pounds. He has a tattoo of a cross on his neck below his right ear and spoke with an accent which the victim’s friends said could have possibly been Haitian or Dominican. It is thought that he was driving a Peterbilt flatbed truck.

Probably not the first time he has done this. And if he’s not caught, it won’t be the last. Should be video from the TA parking lot. He’ll claim it was consensual sex.
They constantly ask for help from the public, yet when anyone needs them, they turn their backs on you.
Why the hell didn’t they just leave this to the DOT?
Cops are good at setting up roadblocks and violating rights, so why not let them do it for this?

Screw the fbi ,dot or any government officials! look how many times we got screw with strict laws and ridiculous fines. letting states screw us with truckers only tolls ,road taxes every year but, have more restrictions on road ways than an any vehicle! We get blame for any accidents that we are in besides investigating and finding the truth but ,now y’all want help! you ask me I think yall need to do your own job in catching this guy! sound like a government problem not truckers problem!
How do they even know this POS is a Truck Driver , because he said so ? Well , if he is then he has a CDL and his photo is on file and if he has a HazMat endorsement so are his fingerprints . The FBI has very sophisticated facial recognition computer software so they need to put that to work because the guy might not even be a Trucker.

I find it disturbing that people would rather let a sexual preditor roam free than help law enforcement. Y’all are broken! What about your Mom’s, wives, daughters, sisters, grandmothers, and any other woman that may be significant to you? Sick!
Law enforcement persons just do their jobs. We are out here and see more than the law so why not help? Besides the real criminals are the polititions that control all of us.
