A local police department is asking for help in identifying the logo on the back of a truck in blurry security camera footage. Authorities believe the trucker may have information about an attempted robbery that turned into murder. Police say that the trucker is not a suspect in the case.
Just before 2am on Monday, an unnamed 54-year-old man was shot on the 900 block of Valley Ridge Boulevard in Lewisville, Texas. The victim was able to call 911 and tell an operator that he had been shot during an attempted robbery by two suspects. Paramedics brought him to a local hospital where he passed away later that morning.
Police do not have a physical description of the suspects. They do however have security footage from nearby that shows an 18-wheeler at the scene of the crime. Police believe that the driver may have seen something that may be able to help them get more information on the suspects.
“The driver is not a suspect and is not a person of interest,” said Lynn O’Donnell, spokeswoman for the Lewisville Police Department according to Star Local Media.
If you have any information about this case, or witnessed anything near Valley Ridge Blvd between I-35 and N. Summit Ave between 1:45-2:30am on Monday, you can leave an anonymous tip at 972-219-TIPS.
If you recognize the trailer in the photo above, make it known!

Volvo truck, not a mainline trucking company, it’ll be tricky to pinpoint that one down. Certainly not one I’ve seen up here in Michigan.
Dev Ram says
First Fleet Inc. out of Murfressboro, TN uses Volvo trucks albeit not many.
Greg Pearce says
Volvo tractors are used by a number of trucking companies, of all sizes.
Christian Anderson says
For Pete’s Sake!!! Look at the windows on the sleeper; that’s a FREIGHTLINER Cascadia not a Volvo! Looks to be a 2017 or earlier as theres no fuel port visible below the sleeper window.
M J Nichols says
I think I recognize that trailer logo. Email me.
Lisa Forsythe says
It’s a flatbed trailer.. that’s what it looks like to me
Joseph says
STOP HELPING THE POLICE. You may inadvertently get that trucker locked up! They may say he’s not a POI, and they may say the situation was one thing but it may not have been. They’re liars. Do not trust them. I’m speaking from personal experience. MIND YOUR BUSINESS PEOPLE.

Franklin Boyette says
It’s a Canadian logo i can’t recall the name unfortunately
Willie Mack says
Looks like Everest.
Terry L Wilson says
Looks like an old USFOODS
logo. Probably 2nd hand owner. Us foods has new logos.
Terry Smith says
Does resemble Bowman out of Williamsport Maryland
Grover Laney says
Logo might be Interstate, based in Oregon or Washington. Trailer is definitely a flat bed
Matt says
If anyone knows it, just call the tips line. Don’t make them reach out to you.
Michael says
Dm bowman. I worked for them. Almost certain. Based out of Williamsport Maryland

In America, people probably expect to be compensated for their help…

Robin Cline says
That’s a Canadian truck line. Promede or something like that
Sharon Knooihuizen says
That’s my first thought too. Canadian yes Pomeade. Aren’t they from Quebec?
Steel Horse and Wooden Mem says
Not Cypress, do flatbed
Bert Folts says
Cypress also has Van’s and dumps
Steel Horse and Wooden Mem says
I agree, think there is a heart over the i, not Promede, Cypress, Xpedite, Hirschbach, or Conestoga… let’s solve this
ROB P. says
ok I might be out on a limb here, but it is my understanding that all eld locations go through fmcsa database and are determined by that. You have the time, and the location. With a data base that powerful fmcsa could probably tell you every eld that was in that parking lot at that time, and with gps tracking what it is maybe even pinpoint sectors or the lot. Just an idea from an old dog learning new tricks
joe says
you are correct.. those elds are supposed to be tracked by police and scales. just contact the eld provider companies and request location data.
Douglas Kirk says
Joe, they aren’t. Never have been. If they could do that you wouldn’t need any kind of log
Joe says
No you sell the Global Positioning Satellite system short. They can tag and find your biscuits anywhere, anytime. Its not because they are so talented but just demonic controlling little bitches in high places. Welcome to the brave new world.
Lester says
Which eld does said driver use there are quite a few
Lisa Forsythe says
It depends on what eld they are using
Pops says
Do what!? You have a misunderstanding of ELD’s! They are used for tracking a drivers on duty times etc but they can be accessed by law enforcement anytime.
This is going to be a word of mouth situation so share it with as many trucking sites as possible.
The driver may be see the info and do the right thing.
Douglas Kirk says
You’re way out on a limb. Electronic logs don’t tie into any supercomputer at any government office. They are strictly the property of the carrier until an inspector has you download them to his system.
Nicolas D. says
What Douglas said.
Why do you think the officer asks you for ERODS, fax or email of your logs when he’s doing an inspection? Only then does it send it over their database. Otherwise they have no idea when and where the heck you’ve been.
Besides, over privacy concerns, the ELD mandate specifies that your location is to be approximated in a one-mile radius or something like that.
Rich says
Yes, that’s why they want the carrier and then they can track down the driver.
Renay Kristapher says
You better do your research. That ELD is connected to the driver’s licence who is logged into that ELD device. NOT to the carrier. The Driver is connected to the carrier….
Steel Horse and Wooden Mem says
Correct, otherwise they could violate your right to search without consent
Joe says
Your thinking somewhat elemental. The FEds and Military, Mossad, MI5, etc etc. hackers can hack into monitor, and fool with any computer anywhere at anytime: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsggT9hD0Q8me. Just before 911 the Pentagon came up missing:
Unless you want to go INSIDE JOB. Somebody hacked and stole Trillions of daddy WAR-Bucks.
People sometimes do like to live in a happy bubble. Its more peaceful there.
Michael says
The FMCSA does not keep a database on ELD data. Companies are required to provide it if audited. However they do have access to prepass data, and of course trucks that have rolled through the ports and their DOT and license plate number was recorded.
Mike VanOverbeke says
Just because they can tell where a certain eld was at any given time doesn’t mean they can see all the trucks that were in a certain area at a certain time.
Rawdog says
Your wrong … listening to too much Alex Jones !
ROB P. says
I know I contacted big road the other day because one of our trucks showed a location that the truck was never within 200 miles of, and I was told “the fmcsa data base determines that location not big road”? for the record I think alex jones is a D@!K weed. Like I said just a thought, but I would not doubt if they might
Joe says
No I do not listen to Alex Jones he’s gone from the media hype bubble of TIME WARNER CABLE. I supposed that a lot of little minions would what to disagree with me, for some phony loyalty mechanism running within their brains. I am used to it and laugh at the attempts of the faithful “followers” that march in step just to be Facebooky noticed. That is a very important character trait for those than plan on following the one world agenda. You remember Hilary Clinton, “IT takes a Village”.
Dont forget to stand in line for everything in that future world.
Dianne says
I like you tell them how to use their own equipment. In my opinion GPS low jack should be on every truck and tractor. For emergency purposes. CDL driver security and safety FIRST ALWAYS!!!!!
Robin Cline says
Looks Canadian. The biggest word on the trailer is xpedite.
ROB P. says
it looks very familiar but I just cant make it out. I know I have seen it before.
Sara says
That too, Express or X press. trailers mostly have the first letter very large. It seems like it has a design with it. Or not. 50 questions. 10.000 guesses .

PAUL PEREZ says
hirschbach? However it looks like it might be an old trailer that was sold.
ROB P. says
yea it does look like one of their trailers
Mark Wagnor says
I was thinking hirschbach trucking or I’m thinking sanook food distributors
Antoine Lewis Sr says
That’s not a Hirschbach – it’s not big enough there’s hoes the whole length of the trailer –
That word does say expedite
Sedrick Eugene Wells says
Thats exactly what I was thinking.
Devin Baker says
My thoughts exactly
Raymond Levy says
Looks like Hershbach to me.
Amy P. says
That looks like a conestoga to me. Definitely not Hirshbach, no H at front.
Audrey says
Thats what i thought. Hirshbach cause of rhat cursive looking H.
Douglas Kirk says
Looks to me like a picture of a truck. Start at the right and see the outline of a cab, then two wheels and some dust or smoke
John says
THATS WHAT I SEE BUT IT SEEMS TO LOOK LIKE A PETE AND CAN YOU SEE IF THAT AND ARROW IN FRONT POINTING AHEAD HMMM
John says
I GOOGLE FOR TRUCK EMBLEMS ( WHERE EVER) AND OPEN 2 WINDOWS AND DISTINQUISH AND (I MAY BE WRONG) BUT “COMMODORE” GOT MY ATTENTION

Douglas Kirk says
It’s not a reefer, it’s a Conestoga.
Rawdog says
That’s no conestoga
SS says
That’s not a conestoga. There is no frame on that trailer. It’s a van or a refer.
Mark Ealy says
I am going to spell it wrong chelios out of el paso tx pretty sure iam right 99% iam right
ALAN E SIMPSON says
I think that the ELD logs can be had. And police can contact the appropriate office that has access to that info. Maybe cell phone records from the nearby towers can help. I don’t recognize that company logal.
Timothy McGuigan says
Probably already done but I send that video tape to the nearest Casino. Many have the ability to enhance the picture better then law enforcement assets…
FedEx Ground Op says
“Landair” or “Forward Air”?
The Large Logo before the lettering starts indicates a type of Orb..
Ronald Terlitsky says
Andrew H must be a stay at home trucker! Volvo is just as mainline as you get for truck popularity stupid!!
Rawdog says
Lol right
Lazaro Mendez says
The first letter is y
Vincent says
It’s hard to tell but the trailer looks like it could be Hirschbach. But the truck looks like an owner op, lease op maybe as their doesn’t seem to be a logo on the truck itself but it’s too blurry to tell for sure. The trailer does look like Hirschbach to me but can’t be 100% sure.
Terry wilson says
Looks like a US FOODS logo.
The old haul trailers.
Mike says
Conestoga trailers are almost always black. Don’t know if I have ever seen a white one.
Christina M Rigsby says
I have seen white ones, but that is not all common. Black ones are the most common.
Rawdog says
No you haven’t
Christine says
That’s Saga out of Laredo Texas
Kenneth Askew says
Hirschbach I believe
Kenneth Askew says
Hirschbach
Christina M Rigsby says
ELDs leave GPS footprints where all companies know where their drivers are at all times. Contact all trucking companies and if you can see the trailer number, that would definitely help.
Rawdog says
That would do both unless you know the company… durrrrr
Sara says
I didn’t see any foot prints on that trailer. Is there a pet restriction on taking Big Foot along for the ride?
Christina M Rigsby says
That looks like a regular box trailer, not a conestoga. Wish we could see trailer number.
Rawdog says
What would the trailer number do ??
Edward Lewis says
That is a Volvo cab but that trailer logo is hirshback for sure, seen enough of them, Never seen one pulled by a Volvo though they commonly used pro star international so it may be a private contracted driver lease or owner operator!
Kirk says
Looks to me like a non reefer DART trlr.
THE DART
ADVANTAGE
Rawdog says
Ha ha ….
Rawdog says
23 comments and every one of them has a different opinion! There’s no possible way anyone can ever decipher what that logo is …. in this day and age THATS the best they can do for security cameras ??
Also , yes it’s a mega fleet like vulva ! No it’s not a conestoga!
Kevin Mckee says
When you drive 100,000 miles a year you can. It’s a Hirschbach logo on that trailer.
Ken says
First letters are J.P.S just above the long lettering on trailer if u zoom in u can see it.And the first letter on trailer in bigger letters is a heart shape B spelling Brownsville or Brownie or possibly bronnie i know i’ve seen it before too.
T says
I was thinking Bowman as well. Looks like it also is tagged with spray paint.
Guy Neville says
I have seen that trailer before and I believe it to belong to a mid eastern company. The first letter I believe to be a leaning forward “J”. And it looks like it’s followed by an “nolie” but not real sure. Seemed like there was a symbol after the “J”. I remember looking at it trying figure out how it was pronounced.
James king says
Could u get a better picture all this technology you ought to be able to get better picture i cant evan see where a logo is how are you suppose to identify something if u cant see it

Jude says
First letter is an “O” or “C” with an “f”, “d” or “l” near the end. It has some kind of graphic in the upper left corner. Looks to have had a recent repair to about a ten foot section of the side, near the front.
I used to be a cop. Give me a break.
Sara says
Ya repair logo removals rename. I went thru Texas a heap but I’m not from Mexico. But it’s close to the border.
Tiffani says
Lmao ! As a born amd raised Texan, Lewisville is NOT near the border. Unless you mean the Oklahoma border. Omg im dying right now. Going to wake my whole sleeping family im laughing so hard.
Bob P Richardson says
Looks like a day cab most likely be within 300 mile radius of seen. Most long haul trucks are sleeper trucks. Send picture to all Trucking companies within that radius. Good luck and God bless you all for your efforts.
Just another old trucker !
Joe says
Might get better images checking scales or trukstops on i35.
Jacquie Silvester says
Maybe the truck was at a business for a delivery or pickup. Either way, info would be on the Bill of Lading. Shippers have drivers sign loads. The info doesnt stop so it would be with the receiver as well.
Don Hulio says
Looks like MCA OR MGA something along that line with a blue line going halfway through it
Jack b says
None of you dummies know so 🤫
Michelle says
It looked to me like the word Stoic, so I googled it, and there is a trucking company called Stoic out of Corpus Christi, TX. I called the tip line, so I hope it helps.

Melinda says
It looks like Swift trucking.
Blake says
99% sure this is a hirschbach refrigerated trailer because of the lettering and the fuel tank on the bottom of the trailer….. dead giveaway on a reefer unit….. and the truck by the looks is a freightliner.
Blake says
And hirschbach has a terminal right there in denton tx so right near Lewisville…
Jose says
Stone I believe
Sara says
Looks like Yhelle to me but then again it could just be a picture.

John says
Looks like john christner trucking tractor pulling a different trailer. Maybe landstar trailer?
Aaron says
Could be shabad or maybe Schneider. Just a Guess.
Dirty White Boy says
I think some of you drivers need to get new glasses. It’s definitely not Hirsbach. Looks more like Duallie or Ovallie something of that nature. Also take notice of the long white stripe towards the bottom of the trailer or could that be aluminum like on a combo Great Dane it is very possible that it could be a Conestoga also note the vertical black stripes about 15 to 20 feet apart. Could this be a tarped load? Definitely not a reefer. Also note I don’t think it’s 13-6 high. I’m just shooting from the hip I’ll study it some more and get back with you.
Dirty White Boy says
After looking at it again it is 13’6 high.
Dirty White Boy says

That looks like a hawgee truck. Spelled -i, n, d, i, a, n. All you need to do is follow the little bags of poo on the ground, lead you right to them. Cmon, you mean the FBI does not have an instant data base of every logo in the entire USA and that is the only camera anywhere that has that truck on it? Pulease – hey, does anybody else smell indirect smoke being blown up their fanny?

Definitely a Hirschbach trailer check out their trailers on Google image
Chris says
Truck was either coming from (or going to) the first park 121 construction site on Midway adjacent to where the pic was taken.
Looking at Google maps satellite view, there is no other reason for a truck to make that turn where Route 121 intersects with Valley Ridge.
Only other option is the back gate of the Diesel Services company at the service road. But, they close for the day long before it gets dark out.
No semi parking at the Race Trak gas station a block to the west. Might catch a better look of the truck from a canera there if the truck was moving north on Valley Ridge and turned right onto TX-121.
Other than that? I can see why they are desperate to identify the truck. Looking at the available satellite image, there is nothing in the local neighborhood to justify a large truck in motion at that desolate location, at that time of night. The driver knows…
The logo likely belongs to a contracted building materials supplier for commercial developments.
Well… that was an interesting distraction..

Alex Halstead says
I think it’s a strong possibility that the trailer is the company that those guys a lot of people are saying it is. It may be that they sold that trailer and someone has sprayed sprayed white spray paint over it to cover up the logo. If that’s the case it may be a lot simpler to find this trailer because Are you out to do a search the trailers They have sold.
Nelson fulcher says
That’s a knight transportation flatbed truck. Possibly hauling those snowmobile s. I think anyways .
Trenton says
The reason you can’t identify the logo is because there is no logo it’s graffiti on the side of the trailer says twizle and the other red graffiti top left says gp or something I don’t remember that well it’s been awhile since I saw it in person but I’ve seen that trailer many times
