TCA Announces 2023 Best Fleets to Drive For

The Truckload Carriers Association and CarriersEdge unveiled the 2023 Best Fleets to Drive For – 95 for-hire trucking companies across North America recognized for “exemplary work environments.” To be considered, fleets must operate 10+ tractor trailers and receive a nomination from a driver/owner-operator, with an evaluation on total compensation, health benefits, performance, professional development, career path/advancement, and driver surveys. One hundred sixty-five fleets, 95 finalists, were nominated per CarriersEdge CEO Jane Jazrawy.

To be eligible, fleets must be named Best Fleet for ten consecutive years, or seven years with at least one overall award, and must continue to qualify as Top 20.
