If you look at my comments elsewhere here on my experience with Roehl you will have second thoughts about working for them. However they pay ok and if you have few options then their psychological abuse and degradation are of little consequences eh? Money is money, whether the prostitution is physical or mental lol

Also. Yes they have dedicated with Kraft so that's going to be steady. Plus they have 100% turnover so sure they'll hire. And afaik the camera isn't going to go away. my trainer was there 6 years when I was out with him and he still has a camera. And an extra baseball cap to put over it when stopped....

Look elsewhere and save your time

 

I ran open deck for them for a couple years, quit once and went back, quit again, because they have empty trucks and have no problem letting you sit with no freight. Refrigerated was even slower. This was back in 11 to 13, and things are worse now.

 

We are a little slow right now like everyone else. The spot marked died about a week ago. It'll pick back up soon enough though. A way better choice than Rohel though if we are hiring at the moment. Most of our outbound freight comes out of the twin citys so getting home for home time wont be hard. Might even get through the house every week if you really wanted. Im sitting in our yard in coon rapids right now. .47 a mile to start and up to 8.5 cpm in monthly bonus pay that is reasonably easy to get. Personally I aint going nowhere for a while. It aint perfect, and its still reefer but it aint that bad either.
