Well, there's some pretty good stats (2 in 3)...Before FCC I was running reefer and if I only had two frustrating days in a Month I'd consider that a win.

One of the reasons I follow your thread runningman. You always give the straight poop good and bad. My experience has always been you don't want a rigid appointment time on your next pick up anytime you're delivering to a Wally.

Agreed, I pulled reefer for years, and don’t miss it one bit.

After dropping my load at Plant City, ran across I4 to Deland and grabbed a load of mulch due in Dubuque on Monday. At least its 1400 miles. I understand freight is soft plus nobody works on Saturday to unload me. Guess I will do another 34 this weekend too. Take what you can get.

One thing I have always believed is, a sign of how good or bad a company is, isn't whether or not they have problems...it's trucking, you're gonna have problems. A sign of a quality company is how they handle the problems that inevitably show up.

Like many of us I have been to shippers and receivers that because of the Coronavirus will ask you ...”Are you sick... any flu like symptoms... Have you been out of the country? Etc,etc, Me...No,no,no,no.
But yesterday for the first time making a delivery at Walmart in North Platte, NE they added a new procedure .. “ We are going to take your temperature”.

And that’s one thing about FCC, they have always made things right. Most of the time above any beyond my expectations.

I had a delivery customer in Denver take mine, and a regular shipper of my company in Laurinburg NC started doing it too. But, as you pull thru their gate, you have to set your brakes, get out so they don't have to climb on the equipment.

    Silverdriver Thanks this.

Well my dispatcher just got back with me concerning my delay on Wednesday, and like always they made things right, way more than I expected. This company, and the powers that be are top notch.
