Sorry got to weigh in here if me and my rig can do it with no harm and no slowing down of other users shut up
. Again not wanting a fight I simply am sometimes delivering or picking up in areas no clue so do what is needed to get in and out safely.

If it's a law, it's only illegal if you get caught. If it's a company policy, it's only a violation if you get caught. So dont get caught
SoulScream84 and Lostmykey Thank this. -
Left turn duration is actually a measured stat at Stevens Transport, and they expected drivers to make a left with an empty trailer in between 15 and 20 seconds from a stop, through the turn, and up to traffic flow speed on 35MPH roads.
Even newbie drivers can manage a simple left turn with fair speed.
A U-turn is basically two left turns. Reduce speed. Turn left. Turn left again. Resume speed. That's in a perfect scenario. U-turns are rarely performed in perfect scenarios. -
Anybody who has ever exited I81 going south in Wytheville VA to get to the Pilot has made a uturn on a public street.
I'm sure even Stevens trucks go there occasionally.
Or how about that one near Toledo Ohio getting off the 280 to get to the 80? Big ### uturn because of the never ending construction. -
Does pulling a uturn in a parking lot count....?
