When I was in Korea, that was THE beer carried by AAFEES. Took some getting used to drinking it warm, but not bad. Throw a 12pack in a backpack, and pedal away for alone time or with friends. Bikes were the big thing there.

....And it's agreed I'll never get caught up. Meant to; didn't happen this weekend (nor last week, w/all the one four days.) Wife fed me so much from the grille (including potatoes, corn and pears) I'm literally borderline sick.

Hope y'all (whom it applies to....) enjoyed this day. (Wife and I kinda grieved 'our' dads... :( )

The Jrod is still here...I lent him my drone so he can get some cool pictures just the other day.

Keith is that serial killer looking dude that was up there working as his assistant. It didn't last very long, guy was an idiot. Jerrod is by himself again, he was beggin me to come back and help him, said he can't answer 2 phones at once, but letting it ring might be better than letting Keith answer them. I told him they couldn't pay me enough to sit in the office all day unless I'm injured!

Linda said they found some guy who was a driver/dispatcher at R&M/Roadrunner/A&A to come be Jrod's assistant, but he doesn't start until next month. But having another person with a CDL in the recruiting department will be good for us I think.

    Here's his current 'bio:'

'I am the Director of Recruiting & Retention at Greater Omaha Express. I also handle all of our marketing and social media pages (Including our YouTube Channel!). Official Videos

I also built our website just for prospective drivers: www.GOECareers.com Pay Chart, Benefits, Hometimes for every state and region, equipment descriptions and photos - its all on there!

We are a company that does require 2 years of recent OTR experience, so I'm just here to help new drivers make the best decisions for their career down the road. My best advice? Your first company is likely just as good as 99% of the other companies out there. If you hated trucking your first year, and you still hated it your second year... It's probably not the company. Not everyone is cut out for trucking, but those who are will be valued by any company they choose to drive for.

I can answer almost any questions about the application process, backgrounds, reports, work history issues, MVR, PSP, DAC, etc... Don't hestiate to ask me anything you think I can help you with. I'm here for the love of the game. This website is an INCREDIBLE resource for drivers at any stage of their career, and I always try to steer truckers to come check it out.

Sorry, bro. Still broluv ya. (me too? :( )

At least you get to mow... still 'taining' here. On and off, all week. Just surveyed my 'down pasture' and thinking about getting a goat; not the 'machine' brand, either.

All in good fun, man. Figured I'd set it straight for your other GOE pal, haha~! ;)

No vomit, drink a beer~!! It will settle your stomach, 'they said!' :)

Unfortunately they are a customer here on the pack side .
Sounds like we have takin on some more freight from existing customers, all the trucks are full and dispatch is at full speed .
One of our city drivers told me hes getting 25hrs ot a week .

Sounds like I'd have to think about coming to the dark side, if I wanted to stay in Omaha. About ready to go back to Oklahoma tho. All our runs lately are short ones. I'm heading to Wisconsin on this one.
