Figured I'd give an update as I received awesome news today!

I am now at $24.00 an hour after a surprise $1.75 per hour raise today!! Caught me completely by surprise.

Everything continues to go very well. Ever since Tori (lead dispatcher) was let go, atmosphere in dispatch has improved considerably. Everyone seems happy, well usually at least. I'm still very happy to work here. This job has provided me an opportunity to move to a new city, buy a home, build my dream home theater, and start saving 25% for retirement. Couldn't be happier!

 

Just curious what new city you decided on?

 

Champlin - my wife's step-grandparents were selling, so we jumped on the opportunity.

 

Hello everyone I am curious about this company how's the pay? I'm really looking for something that gets around 1500 a week thanks

 

I think it's performance based. People don't like to talk about pay for some odd reason.

 

Hopefully one of the regulars will get around to responding, but search through the tread and you’ll find plenty of discussions on the pay and the performance based system they have.

Depending on your hometime requirements from what I understand you could achieve your target at Magnum.
